Returns and warranty
Standard-price devices: 3-month repair or replacement warranty. Negotiated devices: 21-day replacement warranty. To log an issue, WhatsApp us on 071 662 3565 with a photo or video showing the problem. We'll send a reference number and an estimated resolution. Most issues are resolved within about 7 days. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery and payment
The Courier Guy delivery: flat R100 nationwide, about 2 days. Collection: R0, North Riding / Kya Sands (exact location shared on WhatsApp). Meetups: Saturdays and Sundays only, R200 fee because a meetup is a special request outside our normal sales process, booked at least 2 days ahead so we can get the device to our sales agent. The meetup fee cannot be cancelled or refunded once the device is with our sales agent. Pay by Yoco (card) or EFT. Cash on collection (meetup or pickup only), never for courier delivery.
